This is to ask the human rights commission what is happening to the judges final report where he stated and accused named officials of criminal wrongdoing,he also said senior government and prison officials should face proceedings for criminal wrongdoing.?So Why Is Alan Shatters Resignation Such A Big Deal,While Judge Dermot Kinlen's Reports Lie In State Institutions Gathering Dust?Gary Douch Would Be Alive Today If Mr Kinlen Was Listened To All Those Years Ago?
