LETTERS IRISH DAILY MAIL 22/6/2015 SURELY THE LETTER OF THE YEAR MUST BE FROM DENIS DENNEHY DUBLIN? I READ IN SATURDAY'S IRISH DAILY MAIL OF THE FUNERAL OF A 36-YEAR-OLD MAN SHOT DEAD IN A CASE OF MISTAKEN IDENTITY,LEAVING BEHIND A WIFE AND TWO CHILDREN. NO MENTION OF IT IN THE DAIL,NO WORD FROM THE TAOISEACH ABOUT THIS,NO PUBLIC REQUESTS FROM HIM TO MEET THE DISTRESSED FAMILY,NO WORD FROM THE PRESIDENT,OR EX-PRESIDENTS,NO WORD ABOUT IT FROM THE BISHOPS. NO MINISTES ARRANGING TRANSPORT OR FUNERALS.NO WORD FROM ANY OF THE OPPOSITION POLITICIANS ABOUT IT.ITS A PECULIAR LITTLE COUNTRY WE LIVE IN.
